Our team specialises in the design, execution and monitoring of projects in Private and Public sector enterprises, as well as studies and projects of organization and development through PPP, ensuring their success from start to finish.

More specifically, we provide the following Project Management Services:

• Support for the project principal during the tendering of the project and the selection of the construction contractor
• Support for the project principal for the authoring of the agreement with the contractor (detailing the contractor’s obligations and commitments, guarantees, penalty clauses, time commitments deriving from the project construction schedule, the contractor’s payment method according to the progress of works, insurance of the project during construction, etc.)
• Continuous monitoring and assurance that the contractor has taken all the actions required for the legality of the worksite
• Continuous monitoring and supervision of the contractor to ensure suitable organisation and the necessary human resources, materials and equipment that will allow the timely implementation of the project
• Assurance of communication between the contractor and the services involved in each stage of implementation of the project (police, archaeology services, forestry department, etc.)
• Coordination and assurance of communication between stakeholders (project principal, study authors, supervisors, the Contractor, etc.)
